This data was used as a foundation for graphs presented in the article by M. Raczyński, A. Dydniański, K. E. Połczyńska, G. Szwed, A. Szczerba, J.-W. Jung, G. Nogues, W. Langbein, P. Kossacki, W. Pacuski, and J. Kasprzak. That was published in Optica 13, 362-365 (2026).
The archive contains the experimental data used to create the figures presented in the publication.
Fig. 1. (a) Presents the data of photoluminescence (PL) and reflectance (Refl) spectra. The PL and Refl y-axis are in (arbitrary units)/(arb.u.), and the x-axis is in units of photon energy (meV). The three spectra in each correspond to different non-resonant green light illumination intensities that were tuning the charge state of the system.
Fig. 1. (c) is the graph of time-integrated (TI) four-wave mixing (FWM) in (arb.u.) as a function of the delay tau_12 in (ps) units between pulses E1 and E2. This delay allows for probing the coherence time within the system.
Fig. 2. (c) are scans of TI-FWM in (arb.u.) as a function of delay tau_23 in (ps) between pulses E1,2 and E3. They are probing the dynamics of the neutral exciton density. There are 9 plots for spatial separations of E1,2-E3 of 0-8 micrometres and a reference plot of the noise floor.
Fig. 2. (d) are scans of TI-FWM in (arb.u.) as a function of delay tau_23 in (ps). They are probing the dynamics of the charged excitons (trions) density. There are 9 plots for spatial separations of E1,2-E3 of 0-8 micrometres and a reference plot of the noise floor.
Fig. 2. (e) presents the estimated temporal maxima of neutral and charged exciton densities in (ps) units for a given E1,2-E3 spatial separation in (micrometres).
Fig. 3. (a) are scans of TI-FWM in (arb.u.) as a function of delay tau_12 in (ps). They are probing the coherence of the neutral exciton resonance. There are 6 plots for spatial separations of E1-E2,3 of 0-8 micrometres.
Fig. 3. (b) are scans of TI-FWM in (arb.u.) as a function of delay tau_12 in (ps). Four plots are measured for E1 pulse intensity of 10nW, 100nW, 1uW and 4uW, while E2,3 = 1uW, and all E1,2,3 pulses were spatially overlapped.
Fig. 3. (b) inset - is extracted T2 time in (ps) units vs E1 intensity power in (uW) units.
