Data was acquired using X-Ray fluorescence spectroscopy method, using Bruker ELIO equipment. Measurement of the manuscripts belonging to the collection of the Central Archives of Historical Records in Warsaw took place in their premises.
Measurement parameters were: time: 180s, energy: 50kV, current: 80um. Rhodium plate of high purity was used to separate folios of the manuscripts and provide collection of signal from a single folio.
Data available in the csv file contains the calibrated energy and subsequent counts related to energy ranges. Each column contains data of a single sample with its name in the top row.
The names of measurements correspond to the name of the manuscript and location of measurement and are illustrated in the file 'XRF_lokalizacja_pomiarow'.
Zip file named 'data' contains raw data from the measurement. *spx data format is unique for the Bruker equipment, yet it is a plain text format and can be accessed using a text editor.
