Description

This repository contains datasets related to the study of synthetic transporters (compounds 1–8) and their interactions with anionic drugs and bacteria.

Available files include:

• Quenching of lucigenin and SPQ by drugs – fluorescence quenching data for lucigenin and/or SPQ in the presence of selected drugs.

• Transport of drugs by transporters 1–8 in liposomes – datasets related to studies on drug transport in liposomal systems.

• 1H NMR spectra described in the associated manuscript and/or ESI – spectroscopic data, including both raw spectrometer files and processed spectra.

• Antibacterial properties of transporters 1–8 against bacteria – datasets describing the antibacterial activity of compounds 1–8 against four selected bacterial strains.

• The ampicillinNa and penicillinNa activity against bacteria in the presence of 1–8 – results evaluating how transporters 1–8 influence the antibacterial activity of ampicillin and penicillin.

• The nalidixateNa activity against bacteria in the presence of 1–8 – data showing the effect of transporters 1–8 on the antibacterial activity of nalidixate.

File formats included in the repository:

• Spreadsheet files (.xlsx) containing tabulated experimental results.

• Text files (.txt) containing numerical datasets related to transport experiments.

• Raw NMR data (.fid) obtained directly from the spectrometer.

• Processed NMR spectra (.mnova) prepared using MestReNova software.

The datasets provide the experimental results supporting the associated research and enable verification and reuse of the reported data.
