The following metadata consist of quotes or direct notes based on statements made by Quakers in South Africa. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, private conversations, and a focus group between December 2024 and May 2025. As the interviews contain the respondents' personal—and often intimate—stories, I have selected excerpts that focus on their religion. The data have been anonymized to protect the respondents' well-being.
