The dataset consists of compressed 96 high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images of chloroplasts from runner bean (Phaseolus coccineus L.) grown under low light conditions. The file name was built in a following order:
1) fl_m_n, where fl = bean low light; m = numbering of images of different chloroplast; n = numbering of images (higher than one) of the same chloroplast with higher magnitude. Or
2) FLL_m, where FLL, bean low light; m, numbering of chloroplast images
The images are in tiff format and have a resolution of 3883 × 2547 or 3903 × 2597 pixels. The single image has size is around 10MB. The total size of dataset: 589 MB.

1) gl_m_n, where fl = bean low light; m = numbering of images of different chloroplast; n = numbering of images (higher than one) of the same chloroplast with higher magnitude.
or
2) GLL_m, where FLL, bean low light; m, numbering of chloroplast images
The images are in tiff format and have a resolution of 3883 × 2547 or 3903 × 2597 pixels. The single image has size is around 10MB. The total size of dataset: 443 MB.
