Wydział Biologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego prowadzi badania obejmujące szerokie spektrum dziedzin współczesnej biologii, biotechnologii, ekologii oraz ochrony środowiska.

 W skład Wydziału Biologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego wchodzi osiem instytutów, ogród botaniczny, pięć ogólnowydziałowych pracowni oraz trzy stacje terenowe: w Białowieży, Urwitałcie i Pilchach. Wydział zatrudnia ponad 200 nauczycieli akademickich. Na wydziale studiuje około 700 studentów, a około 120 doktorantów prowadzi tu swoje badania.

The Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw conducts research across a broad spectrum of modern biology, biotechnology, ecology, and environmental protection.

The Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw comprises eight institutes, a botanical garden, five core facilities, and three field stations in Białowieża, Urwitałt, and Pilchy. It employs over 200 academic staff members. Approximately 700 students study biology, biotechnology, and environmental protection, while around 120 PhD students conduct their research here.
