Katalog zbierający wzmianki literaturowe na temat długich mieczy typów XIIIa, XVIa, XX (wiązanych przez R.E. Oakeshotta z tzw. "wielkimi mieczami niemieckimi"), uzupełniony o wykaz znanych z literatury treningowych mieczy szermierczych (tzw. "federschwerter" lub "ubungsschwerter") oraz o dodatkowe dane zebrane przez autora.
Katalog powstał na potrzeby pytań badawczych stawiany w pracy doktorskiej autora.
A catalogue compiling references in the literature concerning longswords of types XIIIa, XVIa, and XX (associated by R. E. Oakeshott with the so-called “great swords of Germany”), supplemented with a list of fencing training swords known from the literature (so-called federschwerter or Übungsschwerter), as well as additional data collected by the author.
The catalogue was compiled to address the research questions posed in the author’s doctoral dissertation.
Katalog zur Zusammenstellung literarischer Nachweise zu Langschwertern der Typen XIIIa, XVIa und XX (von R. E. Oakeshott mit den sogenannten „großen deutschen Schwertern“ in Verbindung gebracht), ergänzt um ein Verzeichnis in der Fachliteratur belegter Trainings- und Fechtschwerter (sogenannte Federschwerter bzw. Übungsschwerter) sowie um zusätzliche, vom Autor erhobene Daten.
Der Katalog wurde zur Beantwortung der im Dissertationsprojekt des Autors formulierten Forschungsfragen erstellt.
