The Centre for French Culture and Francophone Studies (CCFEF) was founded in 1958 with the aim of developing cooperation between France and Poland in university teaching and research in the field of humanities and social sciences. Today, its research projects are organised around three main issues: 1) Conflicts, memory(s) and resilience, 2) Practices of government, cross-border circulation and territorial construction 3) “Global histories’” of Central and Eastern Europe.
